Is it really Wednesday already? The days are rushing by so fast. I'm off sick today with a little cold so I'm catching up on some weekend pictures. Then it's back to the sofa for some TV shows and a nap. Legal dramas are practically educational, right?
1 // Brixton Village with my pal Zoe. Best coffee and company around.
2 // Porridge. I'm an addict. This time with agave and sultanas.
3 // Walking to East Dulwich from Camberwell. Great views from the hill.
4 // Sunday coffee with Gav in my favourite cafe/bakery in East Dulwich.
5 // Another picture of coffee. Sorry.
6 // Ruskin Park
7 // Veggie bacon, avocado and vegan cheese on toasted rolls for Sunday brunch.
Awesome weekend. Need to find the formula so I can have one every week. Have a happy Wednesday.

That avocado looks amazing, I think a perfectly ripe avocado makes me too happy, therefore sad, ha.
ReplyDeleteI too have got the cold that I've been dodging all winter. I subscribe lots of hot drinks, a duvet on the sofa & some Loose Women... oh dear.
Izzx.

Thanks Izzy, I've cured myself with a day of rest, lots of agave and lemon drinks and a day long marathon of Without a Trace. Oh yeah. x
DeleteYummmm avocado i love...kisses
ReplyDeleteRose japan
Hi Rose, avocado sure is wonderful...
DeleteProbably a daft question, but what is agave? That porridge looks yummy!
ReplyDeleteHi Jack, agave is a sweet syrup you can use in place of honey. It's great if you're vegan or diabetic as it's really low g.i. You can get it from bigger supermarkets or health food shops. Good substitute in tea/coffee on porridge or in baking.
DeleteYay! I love weekend bits! :) And yes, it looks like a great January weekend!
ReplyDeleteThanks Niina, that's so sweet! Hope you had a great weekend too.
Deletei lurve porridge! I usually have agave too, but today i had maple syrup, cherries and almond milk - best yet. Was yum.xx
ReplyDeleteI should get into using almond milk. Cherries on porridge sounds delicious! x
DeleteOoo I do love avocado in a sandwich. Maybe fake bacon will be just the thing to curb my (occasional) meaty cravings...
ReplyDeletep.s. you'll have to let me know the name of this favorite cafe in East Dulwich for when I move south! x
I don't eat fake meat/cheese very often, but it definitely has it's place when you want some comfort food. I'll definitely let you know the name of the cafe. Can't wait to have you move south! x
Deleteahhhh your weekend bits are my absolute FAVE. and that sandwich thing looks AMAZE! need to get me some of that xoxo
